Evaluation & Certify

At the end of every internship (whether for credit or experience), the intern gets feedback from the employer about their performance. But should interns do self-evaluations? The answer is yes! It's incumbent upon the intern to do a self-evaluation so they are prepared to present their skills in the best possible light to future employers.

 

When self-evaluating, ask yourself a lot of questions and put in the time necessary to come up with specific answers that align with your career aspirations.

​Usiera and partners provide a series of quality tests to give accurate evaluation and suggestion to help you enhance your competency in the future. Certificate will be provide both online and hard-copy within 7 days of work.

EXPECTED OUTCOME

Usiera was founded in 2019 by two Stanford Computer Science professors who wanted to share their knowledge and skills with the world. Professors Daphne Koller and Andrew Ng put their courses online for anyone to take – and taught more learners in a few months than they could have in an entire lifetime in the classroom.

  • Accomplish our M.E.R Test (90 minutes)
    Doing a MER Test is compulsory for each student, you must finish this test at the nearest Usiera office and submit result no later than 90 minutes after the consultation, include: General knowledge (30 questions) Work skills & Soft skills (30 questions) Attitude, IQ, EQ (30 questions)
  • Get result sent privately via registerred email
    After this step, you will receive an email sent from one of our experts and use this result to apply for an premium internship package. It costs you $44 (1 mil VND) or $88 (2 mil VND) depends on your performance over the test. The cost will cover: • Logistics (ID card, handbook, namecard) • Traininng session by specialist or Hr senior • Internship report, certificate signed by company Please note that result less than 60% is not eliable to apply internship, you can start over again (fee applied).
  • Sign Agreement and Payment
    To get you prepared before working at company, agreement must be signed and pay in advanced. Once this is done, your CV and application will be sent directly to our partner for approval. You have maximum one week for training before the internship (if approved).
  • In house training practical skills and process
    Time is booked by partner specialist and fixed. Add these schedule to your calendar to make sure you will not miss any training.
  • Get materials ready and work at company
    This will last for 4 weeks. During this time our staff may contact you each weekends to check and support (if any).
  • Issue internship report and endore experience
    Your internship report is issued in both paper and soft electric file. Beside that you also get certificate from the company for your entire internship period.
